专利说明:
description AREA OF TECHNOLOGY The invention relates to extension of the application possibility of the polyurethane mounting and insulation foam from a PU foam can. CURRENT STATE OF THE ART At present, the mounting foam is applied for insertion into the joints and openings of a PU foam can with a tube attachment or a gun with interchangeable cans. Such gun is e.g. from the patent W01998 / 043894 known. The main condition for the use of the system is to keep the can with the outlet valve down. In the event that it is not done or tilted already upside down with the bottom in the side or side angle, escapes from the can only propellant and the linear dependence on the current amount of foam in the can. It is practically impossible, even with the full can, the foam e.g. in the ceiling joints bring. Currently used tubes have an average length of about 20 cm and can be tilted to a working angle. In the gun, the tube is oriented approximately perpendicular to the can axis. The application attachments are only used in the context of generally achievable heights in the rooms. When the ceiling of the can is reached with the bottom of the can, the foam can be poured directly into e.g. under the ceiling lying joint with this system can not be introduced. From CZ 27346 U1 is an application attachment 1 for increasing the upper limit for application of polyurethane foam from a can 2, which includes a tube attachment 3 connected to a trigger 4, known where disposed on the free end of the tube attachment 3, a lower bend 5 is, to which a tube extension connects 6 and this is terminated with an upper bend 7 on which a tube outlet 8 linked. This is in Fig.1. In practice, however, it is very expensive and practically impossible for mass production, between individual sections e.g. To insert elbows or other suitable spacers and the bending of plastic tubes is very tiring. The tubes made of plastic have little formability and the warm-up is very complicated. The aim of the invention is to present an application essay, which would allow the application of polyurethane foam from a box up to the ceiling and in which the installation would be easy. BASIS OF THE INVENTION Above-mentioned disadvantages are largely eliminated by a moldable application attachment according to the invention for increasing the upper limit for the application of polyurethane foam from a can, the basis of which is that the application attachment is internally provided with a freely arranged wire for its shaping and the tube attachment is provided with at least one opening and at the same time a hook is made on the end of the wire whose diameter is smaller than the diameter of the opening for inserting the hook into the tube attachment and over the wire and also over the tube attachment The end of the tube is covered to the foot of the tube attachment. In another advantageous embodiment, the opening on the tube cap on the lower surface, which is averted from the arm of the shutter executed. In another advantageous embodiment, the end of the tube is provided with at least one clamping sleeve. In another advantageous embodiment, the clamping sleeve is designed as a clamping band made of plastic, steel clamp or steel wire. In another advantageous embodiment, at least two spaced-apart annular ribs, which have a larger diameter than the diameter of the tube attachment and the clamping sleeve is arranged between two adjacent ribs on the tube attachment. In another advantageous embodiment, the tube attachment as an outlet pipe of the dosing foam gun or as its end cap (21) with the opening (13) is performed. In another advantageous embodiment of the application attachment is fixed with a stabilization on the Dosierschaumpistole, and the stabilization includes an end cap, through which the application attachment is pulled through and a tube sleeve, which is mounted on the outlet pipes of Dosierschaumpistole and the tube sleeve is with a Provided screws, which fixes the position of the stabilization arm. OVERVIEW OF ILLUSTRATIONS IN INDICATED DRAWINGS The invention is explained in more detail by means of accompanying drawings, wherein Fig. 1 shows the application of the polyurethane foam with a flexible application attachment according to the prior art, Fig. 2 shows a passage with a free wire in the inside of the tube in a very general 3 shows the application of the polyurethane foam with a flexible application attachment, also with the wire inside the tube, but the wire is already shown in a more defined position between the tube attachment and the tube, Fig. 4 shows individual parts the application attachment according to the invention prior to assembly, ie in perspective triggers and in a schematic section of the tube attachment, the tube and the wire, Fig. 5 illustrates in schematic section the advantageous basic embodiment of the assembly of the tube and the trigger according to the Invention, Fig. 6 illustrates in the schematic Fig. 7 illustrates in schematic section the basic design of the mounting of the tube with the wire on a dosing foam gun, Fig. 8 illustrates in schematic section the advantageous embodiment of the assembly of the tube with the wire on a dosing foam gun and Fig. 9 illustrates the application attachment, which is attached with a stabilization on the dosing foam gun. EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION Fig. 2 shows the view of the application of a PU foam from a can (2) with a moldable application attachment 1, which is mounted on the valve of the box 2 but without further specification of the position of the wire 10 in view of the tube attachment third Applikationsaufsatz 1 consists of the trigger 4 with the tube attachment 3, from the tube 11 and the wire 10. In front of the tube attachment 3 with attached end of the tube 11, there is the lower bend 5, to which the tube extension 6 links and this is with the finished upper bend 7, which links a tube outlet 8. The application attachment 1 is provided inside with a freely arranged wire 10 and with the help of this wire 10, the application attachment 1 can be profiled very well and the wire 10 at the same time secures the free path for the liquid even in the case when the walls of the tube 11 of the application attachment 1 would have a tendency to break. The transition sections, so the lower bend 5 and the upper bend 7 are designed as gradual, so as to avoid the breaking of the walls of the tube 11 of the application attachment 1. The problem of bending of the plastic tube 11 of the application attachment 1 is solved when the application attachment 1 is provided in the interior with the freely arranged wire 10. The upper bend 7 may be connected to the can 2 with e.g. a rubber band 12 or only by hand be pressed. In the tests but it was found that the completely free wire 10 was pressed by fluid pressure from the tube 11 despite the resistance in the bends 5 and 7. The end of the wire 10 was thus placed on the tube attachment 3 and over the wire 10 and also on the tube attachment 3, the end of the tube 11 was covered to the foot 17 of the tube attachment 3. Such an arrangement is shown in FIG. 3. But even this assembly has not endured the pressure of the liquid and the wire 10 is from the tube attachment 3, but later, slipped again. This problem was solved by means of the moldable application attachment to increase the upper limit for application of polyurethane foam from a can, that the tube attachment 3 was provided with an opening 13 and at the same time a hook 14 was carried out on the end of the wire 10. The diameter of the hook 14 is smaller than the diameter of the opening 13 for the insertion of the hook 14 in the tube attachment 3, and the hook 10 is inserted in the opening 13 with only a small amount of play. This can be seen very well in Figure 4 with the trigger 4 shown in perspective with its arms 4 ', 4 "and the tube attachment 3 and in a schematic section, the tube 11 and the wire 10 with the hook 14 can be seen. In Fig. 5 can be seen in schematic section, the advantageous basic version of the assembly of the tube 11 and the trigger 4 according to the invention, where the opening 13 on the tube attachment 3 on the lower surface of the arm 4 "of the trigger 4 and via the wire 10 and also via the tube attachment 3, the end of the tube 11 is covered to the foot 17 of the tube attachment 3. In principle, the opening can be arranged on the tube attachment 3 at any desired location. With the described assembly, the stable position of the wire is completely dissolved but the fluid pressure has still caused the return movement of the liquid, and the liquid is still slightly out of the end of the tube 11 at the foot 17 of the tube attachment 3 still flowed out. The problem was then solved with the measure that can be seen in Fig. 6. The end of the tube 11, where there is no wire, is provided with a clamping sleeve 15. The best seal was achieved when at least two spaced-apart annular ribs 16 were performed on the tube attachment 3, which have a larger diameter than the diameter of the tube attachment 3 and the clamping sleeve 15 is disposed between two adjacent ribs 16. The ribs 16 form an additional barrier against the outflow of the liquid. The clamping sleeve 15 can be designed as a clamping band made of plastic, steel clamp or steel wire. Fig. 7 illustrates in schematic section the basic design of the assembly of the tube with the wire on a Dosierschaumpistole. It is obvious that the analogous attachment of the tube 11 is possible instead of the tube attachment 3 also on the analogously carried out outlet pipe 18 of the metering foam gun 19, which can be seen in Fig. 7. Because there is no opening for hacking the wire on the outlet pipe 18 in the basic version, you can also use additional clamping sleeves 20 or clamping wires in suitable places except the clamping sleeve 15. But you can also end kits 21 to deliver the outlet pipe 18 with an opening 13, as can be seen in Figure 8, where in a schematic section, the advantageous embodiment of the assembly of the tube 11 with the wire 10 and the hoes 14th is shown in the opening 13. In such a case, only the clamping sleeve 15 is sufficient for the seal. In such a case, one could deliver to the dosing foam gun 19 a conventional end cap and also a special end cap 21 with the opening 13. If one agreed on a uniform diameter of the outlet pipe 18 and the end thread, then this special end cap 21 with opening 13 could be part of the packaging of the application attachment 1. Because the majority of the metering foam guns 19 inside the discharge pipe 18 has a control 26 which closes the nozzle 27, it is possible to provide the discharge pipe 18 with an opening 13 and this is blinded with a removable orifice 28 -this is shown in Fig. 8a. The user thus uses the dosing foam gun 19 with the aperture 28 in the known manner and when he decides to set up the application attachment 1, then he eliminates the aperture 28 and in the opening 13 he inserts the hook 14 from the wire 10 a. After completion of the work, the application attachment 1 is removed and the opening 13 is blinded again. In Fig. 9, the application attachment 1, which is fixed with a stabilization arm 23 on the Dosierschaumpistole 19, illustrated. The stabilization arm 23 includes a tube sleeve 22, through which the application attachment 1 is pulled through, and an end attachment sleeve 24, which is mounted on the outlet tube 18 of the dosing foam pistol 19. The end cap sleeve 24 is provided with a screw 25 which fixes the position of the stabilization arm 23.
